Waterman / Wachovia Bank Building 
Location:
St. Michael and St. Joseph Streets, Downtown Mobile, AL
Project Description:
Removed existing roof system, installed tapered insulation
to eliminate ponding water. Installed modified bitumen
roofing system.
Project Highlights:
At the time, this was the 3rd tallest building in Mobile.
Removal of old materials and transportation of new materials
presented challenges. All work had to be done without
disturbing the tenants.
Singing River Mall 
Location:
Gautier, MS
Project Description:
Over a 3 year period, Thomas Roofing was asked
to re-roof different sections of the mall. The newly
roofed sections can be distinguished by their white
and light gray appearance.
Project Highlights:
All skylights were extensively damaged by
Hurricane Georges. The owners asked Thomas
Roofing to provide temporary coverings for these
large sky lights and then permanently replace them
as quickly as they were able to be manufactured.
Meyer Real Estate

Project Description:
Installed modified bitumen roofing systems and
new tile roof systems on this new building, including
re-roofing portions of an existing office.
Project Highlights:
Coordinated all work so that existing office areas
were protected and watertight during construction
phases.
CPSI

Project Description:
Installed modified bitumen roofing system in
various phases. We have continued to provide
roofing services to this client as they have grown
and expanded over the years.
Project Highlights:
Thomas Roofing has provided maintenance and
coatings to extend the life of the roof system.
Alabama Power Company 
Location:
Corner of Hillcrest Road and Airport Blvd., Mobile, AL
Project Description:
Installed modified bitumen roofing system, removed a
skylight which had leaked since original construction
and replaced with new copper standing seam metal
roofing system.
Thomas Industries building 
Location:
St. Michael Street, Downtown Mobile, AL
Project Description:
Installed siplast modified bitumen roofing system.
Project Highlights:
Gray cap sheet was used. Installed a terra-cotta wall
cap to provide a historical look to this new building.
