Thomas Construction’s commitment to excellence in every phase of each project defines the quality work of this industry leader. From the very beginnings of a project to the very end, every phase goes through multiple levels of quality assurance.
Thomas Construction’s Quality Assurance program includes the following steps:
Estimates, proposals and submittals are reviewed to ensure compliance with project requirements and the owner’s needs.
The Superintendent is experienced in every phase of each construction project. He has complete packages of project requirements, including the proposal, submittals and detailed drawings. The Superintendent is on the jobsite daily and is the first line of quality assurance.
The Project Manager is our second line of Quality Assurance. He visits job sites regularly assisting the Superintendent. The Project Manager oversees all scheduling and submittals. He is charged with ensuring projects are done in a timely manner by overseeing the work of Thomas Construction crews and subcontractors.
Upon project completion, the Project Manager reviews and packages all close-out documents and warranties for the owner. The Vice President of Construction meets with the Project Manager and the Superintendent to review and discuss the overall execution of the project to be sure that all aspects have met the Thomas Construction standard of excellence.
