Brett Kirchoff, Estimator/Project Manager
Brett Kirchoff is a Summa Cum Laude Auburn University graduate. He holds two BSBS degrees from Auburn in Building Construction and in Business Administration. Brett joined the Thomas Industries team in 2006. He is a member of Associated Builders and Contractors and Associated General Contractors. Brett is also involved in several community organizations including the National Wild Turkey Federation, Ducks Unlimited and the Coastal Conservation Association.
T.K. Lucas, Administrative Assistant
T.K. Lucas earned an associate’s degree in Accounting from Strafford Institute. She is experienced in accounting, estimating, management documentation, labor analysis and purchasing. Her dedication to detail, accuracy, and scheduling procedures makes her a valuable asset to the company. In her spare time, she is very dedicated to church and enjoys spending time with her family.
Gene Heath, Superintendent
Gene Heath possesses more than two decades of construction experience. He joined Thomas Construction in 2006 and now serves as superintendent. Gene has several multi-million dollar projects on his resume. Before coming to Thomas Construction, Gene was a Construction Quality Control Manager with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. He is an active member of North Ridge Church of Pensacola.
James Sealy, Superintendent
James Sealy has over 15 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial and industrial construction. James joined Thomas Construction in 2006. His team approach and schedule coordination make him a very valuable asset to the company. Aside from working, James enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
